Aufgaben
- Conduct fermentation trials and handle microorganisms for quality tests
- Support development and execution of biosynthesis processes at lab and pilot scales
- Operate bioreactors (up to 1000L)
- Perform Upstream (USP) and Downstream Processing (DSP), including filtration and chromatography
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment
- Set up, operate, and clean bioreactors and DSP equipment
- Maintain and oversee the Döhler strain collection
- Organize, execute, and assist in validation of biosynthesis trials
- Produce starter cultures for production plants, meeting quality specifications
- Maintain lab and pilot scale equipment
- Manage inventory and procure raw materials
