- Vocational training as chemical laboratory technician or similar qualification
- Solid laboratory experience with strong practical knowledge of laboratory techniques and testing procedures

Aufgaben
- Prepare and manufacture dishwashing detergent formulations.
- Plan, conduct, document, and evaluate stability studies.
- Prepare samples for analytical testing, efficacy studies, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct product performance testing.
- Apply basic analytical methods to assess product quality and effectiveness.
- Analyze experimental results.
- Propose improvements for formulations, testing methods, and product performance.
- Maintain laboratory equipment.
- Manage raw material inventories.
- Update technical documentation (TDS and PLM systems).
- Support production trials.
- Travel occasionally for business.
