- Provide technical support to customers, colleagues, and partner laboratories
- Optimise processes
- Develop services and tests
- Compile appropriate test procedures and measurement systems
- Prepare quotations, preliminary costing, and technical feasibility studies
- Coordinate projects and resources
- Qualify products and components for automotive, industrial, and consumer sectors
- Develop special test procedures
- Document results
- Present results to the customer
