Aufgaben
- Conduct quality control tests on raw materials, spice and food additive blends, and meat products
- Perform microbiological and chemical/physical analyses independently
- Carry out sensory evaluations to assess product quality
- Perform sampling of raw materials and for environmental monitoring
- Receive, register, label, and store incoming samples
- Prepare and process samples according to laboratory standards
- Analyze, interpret, and evaluate test results
- Document test results using computer systems
- Prepare analysis certificates and related documentation
- Collaborate with external laboratories and coordinate outsourced analyses
- Operate, maintain, and monitor analytical laboratory equipment
- Take responsibility for assigned instruments and testing devices
- Perform equipment maintenance and calibrations
