- Progressive experience in IT Security and/or IT Governance
- Proven functional or team leadership experience
- Solid knowledge of NIS2, EU AI Act, CRA, ISO 27001, or comparable standards
- Proven hands-on experience interfacing with auditors and regulatory authorities
- Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into pragmatic, actionable processes
- Balance between technical depth and commercial awareness

Aufgaben
- Lead and develop the IT Security & Governance function
- Inspire and build out the IT Security & Governance function
- Design, implement, and refine IT Security and Governance frameworks
- Ensure alignment with NIS2, EU AI Act, and CRA standards
- Manage software licenses end-to-end
- Guarantee organizational compliance and audit readiness for licenses
- Optimize commercial costs for software licenses
- Define and maintain IT policies and security standards
- Establish governance controls across all business units
- Steer IT risk management processes
- Manage security incident response procedures
- Oversee business continuity planning
- Act as the primary contact for authorities and auditors
- Facilitate internal and external audit executions
- Manage timely remediation of audit findings
- Set up and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor SLAs and reporting structures
- Provide transparent insights to executive leadership
- Build strong relationships with internal IT leaders
- Align security requirements with company strategy
