- Assess current skill levels

- Design skill development learning paths
- Close skill gaps
- Develop technical and scientific depth learning
- Develop leadership learning
- Co-author learning content with subject matter experts
- Own succession planning for critical roles
- Build successor pipelines
- Review successor readiness with People Business Partners and VP People
- Create development plans based on readiness reviews
- Build learning infrastructure
- Select learning platforms
- Set up learning platforms
- Create findable and current learning content
- Own the onboarding capability track
- Ensure new joiners understand Focused Energy within 30 days
- Partner with People Operations on onboarding administration
- Own knowledge management
- Capture technical and scientific expertise
- Evaluate learning effectiveness using feedback, data, and observation
- Stop investing in ineffective programs
- Partner with People Business Partners on succession and skills work
- Partner with Enablement & Analytics team on skill and succession data
- Partner with Strategic People Projects Partner on leadership program builds
- Bring recommendations on L&D priorities
- Provide a clear point of view on L&D priorities
- Recommend L&D sequencing
- Recommend L&D program design
- Recommend L&D infrastructure
