- Act as a senior technical driver for the Hybrid Cloud Platform
- Combine hands-on engineering expertise with guiding technical delivery
- Translate platform strategy into reusable capabilities
- Design, build, and evolve hybrid cloud platform capabilities
- Translate architectural direction into engineering solutions
- Drive infrastructure as code, CI/CD, GitOps, reusable modules, platform blueprints, and golden paths
- Ensure platform services are observable, resilient, and reliable
- Support alignment across architecture, engineering, and application teams
- Challenge existing approaches and reduce operational complexity
