Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related
- Extensive software development experience in complex, large-scale systems
- Desirable experience coordinating technical tasks or leading small development groups

- Proven experience in unit, integration, and system testing

- QT Framework (e.g. QML/QtQuick)

- Experience with version control systems, office applications, and Atlassian tools
- Experience with CI/CD or DevOps tools and software development (e.g., VS Code)
- Strong communication skills for interfacing with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Ability to structure workflows, manage meetings, and ensure technical alignment
- Familiarity with agile working methods
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
- Ability to work in an international environment
- English: Business fluent
- German, Spanish, French or Italian are a plus

- Drive development of models and components based on requirements
- Coordinate development and pre-integration of simulation frameworks
- Coordinate development and pre-integration of test support systems
- Coordinate development and pre-integration of dedicated services
- Perform pre-integration of in-house components
- Perform pre-integration of 3rd party components
- Support architects with bug investigation
- Support architects with change requests
- Support integration teams with bug investigation

- Maintain structured communication with the Joint Model Office
- Maintain structured communication with Model Development Teams
- Organize and chair JMO meetings
- Design software architectures for new simulation tools
- Design software architectures for new simulation models
- Develop high-fidelity simulation models (aircraft sensors)
- Develop high-fidelity simulation models (tactical environment)
- Develop high-fidelity simulation models (communication)
- Develop high-fidelity simulation models (visualization)
