Anforderungen
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, or comparable qualification
- Several years of hands-on experience in IAM and requirements management
- Profound understanding of integrated business processes and technical mapping
- Practical experience operating and configuring modern IAM solutions, preferably Microsoft Entra ID
- Proven experience in analyzing, modeling, documenting, and optimizing processes
- Strong understanding of alignment between business, IT, and strategy
- Experience in steering complex initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders/partners
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, self-initiative, solution-oriented mindset
- Very good communication skills and ability to represent functional topics
- Fluency in English and German (written and verbal)

- Collaborate with internal and external teams
- Lead complex IAM initiatives
- Steer retirement of SAP Identity Management solution
- Co-design future IAM target architecture
- Participate in cross-functional discussions
- Set best practice impulses
- Support team with complex challenges
