- Manage international and cross-functional teams

- Serve as the central point of contact for business, management, and stakeholders
- Plan, manage, and implement complex projects and programs
- Define project goals, scope, success criteria, and organization
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans
- Coordinate multiple subprojects and ensure cross-functional collaboration
- Lead international project teams and foster a motivating culture
- Analyze, prioritize, and manage stakeholders at all management levels
- Chair project steering and decision-making meetings
- Ensure transparent reporting and communication of project status
- Manage opportunities and risks, developing escalation and solution strategies
- Manage change and identify new business opportunities
- Ensure knowledge management and facilitate transfer of experience and documentation
- Contribute to the further development of project management methods and best practices
