- At least 7 years of professional work experience in Quality and Project Management or significant experience in training within a global manufacturing environment
- PMP, PgMP, or ASQ Certified Quality Engineer/Manager certifications
- Confident handling of Project Management Software, Office and Google Applications, ERP Systems, and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Familiarity with Stage-Gate-Processes
- High degree of independence and self-reliance
- Strong cooperative and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage complex project portfolios
- Use of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Excel, or Smartsheet)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to create executive-ready presentations
- Proven ability to facilitate change management
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority

- Develop operational department strategies
