- Draft data processing agreements
- Review data processing agreements
- Negotiate data processing agreements
- Draft joint controller agreements
- Review joint controller agreements
- Negotiate joint controller agreements
- Draft privacy clauses in contracts
- Review privacy clauses in contracts
- Negotiate privacy clauses in contracts
- Partner with Data Protection Officers
- Partner with external DPOs across jurisdictions
- Handle data subject requests
- Act as contact with supervisory authorities
- Deliver privacy training across the organisation
- Support M&A with data protection due diligence

- Support new market entry with data protection due diligence
