- Master’s degree or equivalent with relevant legal experience, or Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Data Science, Informatics, Information Management or related business fields with long-term experience

- Strong analytical mindset with ability to analyze, design, implement effective processes

- Support standardization, harmonization, and structured design of global contract templates
- Enable scalable contracting, automation, and AI-ready use cases
- Identify opportunities to globalize legal support
- Streamline and synchronize the legal support model
- Design and implement technology-enabled contracting solutions
- Collaborate with Legal, business, and technology stakeholders
- Lead and advise on global initiatives to enhance operational excellence
