Anforderungen
- Good knowledge of logistics, warehousing, or transportation topics
- Affinity for IT, software, and process design/implementation
- Good knowledge of SAP modules SD & MM
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience in cross-system interfacing SAP <> 3PL
- Experience in IDocs data exchange

Aufgaben
- Review and improve IT processes and system interfaces, and support SAP topics.
- Control IDC and external provider performance (warehousing, transport, End-to-end review, OTIF) via KPIs and reporting.
- Analyze trends, service and warehouse KPIs, and customer complaints, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes with 3PLs and internal stakeholders.
- Support logistics projects and the implementation of new processes, customer requirements, or markets.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound flows within Europe with markets, customer service, and 3PL.
