- Ensure budget compliance
- Benchmark and analyze supplier contracts for outsourced warehouse operations
- Initiate cost reduction initiatives
- Resolve discrepancies between purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoices
- Contribute to the global logistics transformation roadmap
- Build project business cases
- Build unit cost models
- Build make-or-buy analyses
- Design and roll out financial key performance indicators (KPIs)
