- Own transport between Swiss and German sites
- Manage transport to customers and suppliers across Europe and beyond
- Build processes for assessing dual-use and export-controlled matters
- Document dual-use and export-controlled matters
- Select forwarders and logistics service providers
- Negotiate terms with logistics providers
- Maintain transparency of logistics provider performance and cost
- Document recurring logistics activities into processes
- Ensure processes are usable by others
- Keep logistics data in the ERP clean, current, and usable
- Help shape ERP system setup for logistics
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and engineering
- Commit to delivery dates
- Recognize when work outgrows one person
- Build the next stage of logistics operations, including processes, tools, and team
