- Ensure equipment availability targets are met
- Define and execute the long-term performance roadmap
- Take full ownership of structural strategy
- Take full ownership of high-level KPIs
- Lead site-wide Kaizen initiatives
- Lead site-wide Lean methodologies
- Lead site-wide root-cause analyses
- Drive structural process enhancements
- Embed a culture of continuous improvement
- Analyze operational workflows using data
- Analyze maintenance workflows using data
- Eliminate bottlenecks
- Boost system reliability
- Improve equipment availability with technical teams
- Act as strategic bridge between maintenance and suppliers
