Anforderungen
- University degree in cybersecurity, IT, or equivalent vocational training
- Professional experience in cybersecurity or IT risk/governance
- Strong understanding of ISO 27001 or NIST standards
- Experience with third-party risk management and vendor governance
- CISM, CRISC, CISSP certifications advantageous
- Proficiency in GRC tools integration
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written)
Aufgaben
- Act as the central interface between Cyber & Information Security and business functions
- Ensure cybersecurity requirements are understood, embedded, and managed effectively
- Drive a risk-based and business-oriented security approach
- Partner closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with policies, regulations, and standards
- Serve as the primary business partner for Corporate Functions on security topics
- Build trusted relationships to embed ISMS requirements into processes, initiatives, and projects
- Translate governance requirements into practical guidance for Corporate Functions
- Support business units in identifying and managing cyber risks
- Define mitigation measures for cyber risks
- Oversee third-party security risk management
- Conduct supplier assessments and contract reviews
- Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, and Data Privacy on third-party risk
- Manage security oversight of strategic external partners
- Ensure alignment with BioNTech’s security expectations for external partners
- Contribute to improving C&IS Governance Frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Contribute to improving ISMS processes based on emerging risks
- Prepare for internal and external audits in information security
- Prepare for ISO 27001 certification audits
- Promote collaboration and accountability to foster a strong security culture
