Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field
- 8+ years progressive experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in biopharma or life sciences
- Experience in project management, business operations, or chief-of-staff roles
- Project management certification required or in progress
- Ability to influence governance and deliver strategic business outcomes globally
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and speed
- Strong event management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, effective cross-functionally and cross-culturally
- Understanding of governance structures and compliance principles in regulated industry
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are an asset
- Must be based in Basel
- Experience supporting senior executives or leadership in regional/global matrix organization
- Familiarity with European affiliate operations, business systems, and internal policy frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in start-up or scale-up environment
Aufgaben
- Assist CNE leadership, stakeholders, and leaders in executing complex, cross-functional initiatives across CNE operations
- Support and maintain integrated governance frameworks
- Ensure strategic alignment with country, global, and regional priorities
- Manage a fast-paced regional calendar and strategic meetings across time zones
- Lead planning and execution of internal CNE events, including annual kick-offs and quarterly cycle meetings
- Lead organization of monthly CNE Leadership Team and governance meetings
- Set agendas, take minutes, track follow-ups, and manage logistics for CNE meetings
- Collaborate with project coordinators and operational team members in European Commercialization
- Plan and execute international travel itineraries, including flights, ground transport, visas, and accommodations
- Manage contingency planning and proactively resolve travel disruptions
- Ensure operational excellence, budget tracking, and transparent reporting
- Maintain documentation integrity
- Lead coordination of internal contract management and purchasing across functions and affiliates
- Ensure alignment with Legal, Compliance, and Finance governance for contracts and purchasing
- Support and coordinate office setup activities across CNE and affiliate sites
- Ensure office setup activities align with Finance, Legal, and HR governance
- Drive ad hoc tasks of various sizes and complexity
- Build trusted relationships across the organization and externally to facilitate effective collaboration
- Handle confidential matters with utmost discretion and professionalism
