Aufgaben
- Lead and manage the 24/7/365 Control Tower team
- Recruit and develop team members
- Manage team performance and workforce planning
- Oversee customer billing and invoicing
- Manage financial closing activities
- Oversee cost center reporting
- Drive process compliance
- Manage escalations and root-cause analyses
- Implement continuous improvements across the Control Tower and network
- Support new country and station onboarding
- Travel internationally for project and site visits
- Act as a key customer contact
- Participate in weekly customer calls
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Build strong long-term customer relationships
- Conduct annual performance reviews for Senior Team Leads
- Support the team in achieving operational and business objectives
- Drive IT-related process improvements
- Identify opportunities to optimize systems and workflows
- Act as the secondary customer escalation point
- Serve as the second-level team escalation contact 24/7
