Aufgaben
- Manage supplier qualifications through questionnaires and follow-up actions
- Provide expertise in Veeva eQMS for system efficiency and compliance
- Support the team with system-related tasks and guide correct eQMS use
- Collaborate with BPO to identify system solutions for continuous improvement
- Manage the team’s training overview and implement required trainings
- Maintain KPIs and dashboards within Veeva eQMS
- Evaluate supplier questionnaires and communicate with suppliers
- Document and maintain supplier qualification statuses in Veeva eQMS
- Assess supplier notifications and manage CAPA processes
- Conduct risk assessments for supplier qualifications
- Act as QA representative in various boards, including Change Review Board
- Support and conduct the annual audit plan and supplier evaluations
