- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create innovative work environments
- Ensure consistent application of corporate standards, regulatory requirements, and design guidelines
- Independently manage workplace and interior fit-out projects
- Manage project budgets, quality, timelines, and stakeholder relationships
- Drive development and implementation of innovative workplace concepts
- Develop and implement workplace and interior design concepts aligned with business requirements
- Ensure concepts meet workplace regulations, occupational health and safety, and ergonomic standards
- Develop, define, and continuously optimize global workplace and design standards
- Manage administrative processes, including BSS tickets and purchase orders
- Maintain and update CAD/BIM drawings, planning documents, and technical documentation
