Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
- Several years of procurement experience, focus on indirect procurement and category management
- Experience leading, coordinating, or mentoring buyers, project teams, or cross-functional procurement activities
- Proven experience managing indirect categories (transport, facility, professional services, tools, IT equipment, operational spend)
- Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, defense, or regulated industry (advantageous)
- People leadership skills: setting priorities, guiding others, supporting team development
- Strong understanding of indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, and category management
- Hands-on approach: independently manage categories and deliver results
- Strong negotiation, contract management, supplier management, and commercial skills
- Good understanding of procurement governance, supplier risk, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
- Professional procurement certification (CIPS or CPSM) (plus)
