Anforderungen
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar qualification
- Professional experience in procurement, ideally in data centre/IT infrastructure
- Sound technical and commercial expertise
- Knowledge of procuring data centre-specific goods (e.g. electrical/cooling technology, long-lead equipment) advantageous
- Market knowledge in USA, UK and Spain
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Experience in leading contract negotiations
- Practical experience with P2P systems, ideally Coupa
- Very good written and spoken German and English; Spanish knowledge advantageous
- Determined, independent and solution-oriented approach
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, teamwork ability
Aufgaben
- Procure goods and services for data centers in the US, UK, and Spanish markets
- Execute and negotiate supplier and framework agreements with technical departments
- Analyze markets and suppliers in the US, UK, and Spain to find suitable suppliers and optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with and support technical departments internationally
- Manage RFP processes and supplier qualification and certification
- Handle procurement processes using the Coupa P2P system
- Ensure adherence to internal procurement guidelines and compliance requirements
- Contribute to the continuous development of international procurement processes
