- Proven project management experience with successful delivery of complex initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to structure complex topics and derive actionable recommendations
- Excellent PowerPoint skills
- Ability to independently create executive-level presentations, storylines and decision materials
- Advanced Excel skills including business case development and quantitative analysis
- Experience in strategy development, transformation programs, operational improvement and/or M&A projects
- Highly self-driven and proactive
- Ability to work independently with limited guidance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to work across cultures
- Willingness to travel internationally on occasion
Aufgaben
- Lead and manage strategic, transformation, and M&A projects
- Develop business cases, perform analyses, and prepare executive-level recommendations
- Drive project execution, monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure delivery of objectives and impact
- Collaborate with business unit, finance, and functional teams
- Prepare high-quality presentations, decision documents, and communication materials
- Present project outcomes to senior management and the divisional board
