Aufgaben

  • Manage the Tools & Gas portfolio
  • Lead a growing team for gas handling, blending, and regeneration business
  • Manage the local and regional ToolPool for rental and selling tools
  • Meet revenue targets
  • Gain additional business for the LSU Germany portfolio
  • Create a strong presence and community within local PGSV units
  • Develop, drive, and implement the PGSV Tools and Gas strategy
  • Identify new growth segments and transfer them into strategic growth initiatives
  • Report on strategy implementation progress
  • Drive growth in the Tools and Gas Service business, including new segments and customers
  • Own HSE performance and improvement actions
  • Drive, implement, report, and monitor performance targets
  • Run day-to-day Tools and Gas Service business for growth and productivity improvement
  • Implement delivery and performance standards for consistent quality and customer satisfaction
  • Drive improvements in customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with all Service representatives within the country
  • Identify white spots and define Tools and Gas strategy with Product Management
  • Support entry into new markets, segments, and customers for Tools and Gas
  • Identify opportunities for organic and inorganic growth
  • Promote synergies and develop efficient delivery processes
  • Ensure excellence in managing local operations with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Secure needed resources to support growth while maintaining operational performance
  • Promote and implement needed training programs
  • Promote sharing of best practices
  • Support and collaborate with continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives
  • Drive service safety and enforce a service safety culture
  • Implement actions to reduce or eliminate HSE risks
  • Execute HSE operational plan and ensure compliance with HSE and legal requirements
  • Ensure implementation of company programs and operational risk management
  • Staff the Tool and Gas department appropriately
  • Ensure BU specific training programs are delivered
  • Organize, staff, skill, and direct the area of responsibility
  • Guide, motivate, and develop direct and indirect subordinates
  • Improve service availability, provide training, and develop capabilities
  • Secure team development to support professional growth
