Aufgaben
- Manage the full European P&L, including revenue, margins, cost base, and working capital
- Lead and develop the commercial and organizational build-out across Europe
- Shape Pixii's next phase of growth and market position in Europe
- Drive and close the commercial pipeline
- Lead the European sales team of 10+
- Set commercial terms, pricing framework, and market priorities
- Build and lead the full European organization, including sales, delivery, service, and administration
- Establish executive-level partnerships with utilities, EPCs, developers, and major industrial customers
- Represent Europe to the CEO, board, and owners
- Achieve order intake and contribution margin targets
- Drive revenue growth and deal conversion rate
- Maintain cost base, cost-to-serve, and working capital discipline
- Ensure quality, effectiveness, and retention of the European team
- Improve forecast accuracy
