Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in multi-shift production or assembly
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement (CI/KVP), and production systems
- Excellent communication skills and resilience under pressure
- Independent working style, team-oriented mindset, and hands-on approach
- Good PC skills, including MS Office and SAP
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken

- Ensure stable, efficient, and quality-driven production operations
- Monitor and optimize production KPIs and metrics
- Manage shift planning, equipment reliability, and process stability
- Contribute to investment and resource planning
- Implement and improve Lean Manufacturing and CI initiatives
- Lead, motivate, and develop production employees and supervisors
- Manage the Maintenance Team
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements
- Collaborate with Logistics, Quality, HR, and support functions
