Anforderungen
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
- Several years of project management experience in corporate environment, ideally in mobility services industry, with solid expertise in classical and agile methods and ability to combine them pragmatically
- Experience in marketing and/or campaign management, with good understanding of campaigns, lead generation, funnel logic, and sales processes
- Experience in international, matrix-organised environments and confidence in coordinating stakeholders across functions and markets
- Confident use of project management and collaboration tools, combined with interest in AI-supported ways of working
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with ability to create clarity, drive results without direct authority, and manage priorities and senior stakeholders with confidence
- Commercial mindset, high ownership and reliability, with pragmatic and proactive approach
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
Aufgaben
- Act as the central point of contact for marketing requests
- Define actual need, scope, deliverables, owners, and timelines for briefs
- Prioritize the marketing project portfolio with Sales Excellence
- Manage marketing projects end to end
- Drive projects forward by setting agendas and coordinating stakeholders
- Create concise management reporting on progress, risks, and dependencies
- Support steering committees and management meetings
- Coordinate follow-ups across Marketing & Sales Excellence
