Anforderungen
- Academic degree in Engineering, Business Management, Finance, or related field
- Solid experience in Material Master Data Management (MMDM) and/or Product Master Data Management (PMDM) or Product Lifecycle Management Systems
- Advanced knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Master Data processes and related modules
- Relevant experience in Material and Production Master Data (BOMs, Work Centers, Routings, Production Versions), especially in agricultural industry
- Understanding of common regulatory and compliance requirements
- Advantageous experience with project management, process excellence, and process mapping or BPM techniques
- Proficiency in MS Office products, expert MS Excel use
- Advantageous PowerApps and Power BI knowledge
- Autonomy, multi-tasking, detail-oriented profile
- Process driven, with solution- and service-focus
- Team player with strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
- Innovative and sustainable mindset
- English fluent is mandatory
- Any other language is a plus
Aufgaben
- Serve as the primary resource for inquiries within the MDM team
- Provide support, guidance, and training to colleagues
- Take ownership of complex master data maintenance in SAP
- Conduct analyses to identify root causes of issues
- Proactively develop effective solutions for data issues
- Identify opportunities for improvement, standardization, and digitalization
- Lead process changes and initiate improvements
- Ensure continuous improvement and high-quality results
- Drive efficiency improvements and lead digital transformation initiatives
- Deliver outstanding customer service and act as a role model
- Foster a collaborative environment for idea and knowledge exchange
- Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions within the team
- Contribute to the development of process documentation and policies
- Develop standard operating procedures in alignment with stakeholders
- Facilitate training documentation and end-user training
- Ensure adherence to standards and governance for data compliance
- Support the development and implementation of internal controls
- Foster cross-functional cooperation and efficient information flow
