Aufgaben
- Support customs documentation, shipment processing, spare-parts preparation, and inventory control
- Apply administrative precision and practical warehouse support
- Proactively solve problems in a German/English environment
- Pack, label, and prepare medical devices and components
- Create UPS, FedEx, and DHL shipping labels
- Prepare customs documents
- Process shipments in Oracle
- Inspect incoming goods
- Apply FIFO principles
- Document damage to goods
- Manage carrier correspondence for customs or missing documentation
- Coordinate collection and delivery activities with parcel services and freight forwarders
- Pick and prepare spare parts for repairs and field service requests
- Create and transact Move Orders in Oracle
- Perform inventory adjustments and cycle counts
- Maintain records of packing slips, invoices, and certificates
- Support Quality Assurance and Trade Compliance
- Develop and maintain effective internal and external working relationships
- Support Service Managers and Leaders
- Communicate quality-related issues effectively
- Liaise with international Service Centres regarding logistics operations
- Liaise with internal personnel and departments, including Technical Support and Field Service
- Maintain a professional image
- Comply with all company quality procedures and guidelines
