Anforderungen
- Advanced degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or related scientific discipline
- Experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Science Liaison, Medical Advisor, Clinical Scientist or similar scientific role
- Scientific knowledge within Oncology, Hematology or related therapeutic area
- Experience engaging with healthcare professionals, investigators, researchers or scientific experts
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly within assigned territory
- Understanding of ethical, regulatory and compliance requirements within healthcare or life sciences environments
- Trust and credibility building with stakeholders
- Clear and engaging communication of complex scientific information

- Experience planning or facilitating advisory boards, scientific meetings or educational initiatives
- Strong presentation and scientific storytelling skills
- Experience translating scientific insights into strategy influencing recommendations
Aufgaben
- Build and maintain collaborative scientific relationships with healthcare professionals, investigators, oncology centres, and key external experts
- Facilitate balanced, evidence-based scientific exchange regarding GSK medicines, clinical data, and pipeline developments
- Gather, analyze, and communicate medical insights to inform strategy and identify opportunities to improve patient care
- Support evidence-generation activities, including investigator-sponsored studies and scientific collaborations
- Identify and engage potential investigators, research sites, and external experts
- Plan and contribute to scientific meetings, advisory boards, and educational programs
- Represent GSK Medical Affairs at regional and national scientific congresses and meetings
- Collaborate across Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Market Access, Commercial, and other cross-functional teams
- Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with applicable ethical, regulatory, and compliance standards
