Anforderungen
- University degree in medical/science or relevant field
- 3+ years direct pharmaceutical experience
- Experience in medical affairs, science, development, or access
- In-depth knowledge of national healthcare systems
- Experience in KOL Management and Account Planning
- Ability to create and network with KOLs nationally
- Experience communicating with authorities
- Located within specified territory areas
- Valid driver license
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Proficient user of modern IT and office software
Aufgaben
- Drive country medical activities aligned with regional initiatives and the Global Medical Plan
- Proactively manage medical scientific stakeholders
- Create value for patients through stakeholder engagement, projects, and communications
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with KOLs and scientific experts
- Compile, analyze, prepare, and deliver medical and scientific communications
- Create and execute stakeholder engagement plans to Sobi's standards
- Support the country Global Brand team in developing local medical tactics
- Provide input to HQ/regional plans when relevant
- Organize and set up scientific advisory boards with key stakeholders
- Contribute to medical scientific aspects in local and regional activities
- Provide local and regional feedback to HQ for Business Development Due Diligence
- Deliver inputs to head office led medical programs before launch
- Coordinate Investigator Sponsored Studies (ISSs) and support local studies
- Coordinate medical information inquiries with MA/SMA and HQ in Stockholm
- Attend congresses and symposia to represent Sobi and interact with stakeholders
- Represent scientific interests in internal and external forums
- Interact with KOLs at hospitals and other NGOs within the therapeutic area
- Maintain and develop relationships with scientific societies and central decision makers
- Advise the organization and management on medical matters and legal implications
- Ensure medical and scientific knowledge for the therapeutic area remains current
- Stay updated on therapeutic trends for new and existing products
