Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- Procurement certifications (CIPS, ISM) are a plus
- 8 to 15 years of experience in procurement, category management, or supply chain
- Strong exposure to Technical/MRO procurement in industrial environments
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization
- Experience in complex, multi-country organizations
- Experience managing trans-European supplier networks and contracts
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships in matrix organizations
- Strong understanding of industrial operations and maintenance activities
- Strong understanding of CAPEX procurement processes
- Expertise in Category Management
- Expertise in Technical/MRO sourcing
- Expertise in negotiation and contract management
- Ability to manage supplier relationships, performance, risk, and compliance
- Proficiency in procurement systems and digital tools (ERP, eProcurement, eSourcing, contract management)
- Capability to develop sourcing strategies delivering operational and business value
- Effective leadership skills
- Effective stakeholder management skills
- Effective cross-functional collaboration skills
- Business fluency in English
- Business fluency in French
- German language skills would be a plus
- Fluency in the official language of the country of residence is mandatory
Aufgaben
- Lead strategic Category Management for MRO across Europe
- Partner with Site Procurement and Maintenance teams
- Align sourcing strategies with local requirements
- Optimize supplier panels
- Drive value through sourcing and tendering
- Manage supplier and contract lifecycles
- Ensure performance, compliance, and TCO optimization
- Define and implement category strategies aligned with regional goals
- Build strong relationships with plant Procurement and Technical/Maintenance stakeholders
- Manage supplier panels and strategic supplier partnerships
- Collaborate with North American counterpart for global suppliers
- Conduct market analysis to identify sourcing opportunities
- Drive supplier innovation, value creation, and specification optimization
- Improve performance and cost efficiency
- Lead supplier risk management and sustainability initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Group's Supplier Code of Conduct and Sustainable Sourcing Policy
- Lead strategic sourcing, tendering, and contract negotiations for multi-site agreements
- Ensure alignment with procurement strategies and business objectives
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, including governance, renewals, and amendments
- Manage complex long-term contractual frameworks
- Ensure compliance and stakeholder alignment across Procurement and Technical functions
- Ensure alignment of category activities with procurement processes, systems, and e-procurement standards
- Promote catalog usage and prioritization of codified items across sites
- Monitor category performance
- Address critical operational issues with plant stakeholders
- Support digitalization and automation of procurement tools and processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and company policies
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Operations
- Drive governance, cost savings, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support category performance through stakeholder engagement
- Coordinate budgeting and forecasting
- Mentor junior procurement team members
