Anforderungen
- University degree in Pharmacy, Food Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technology, Nutritional Sciences, or related discipline
- Understanding of solid, semi-solid, and liquid dosage forms and associated manufacturing technologies in pharmaceutical or food supplement production
- Experience in product development, MS&T, formulation development, or technology transfer
- Strong analytical skills and structured working style

- Proficiency in advanced Excel for structuring, analysing, and comparing complex datasets
- Familiarity with Power BI, database development, or other data visualisation and reporting tools
- Ability to confidently define criteria for comparing formulations, dosage forms, excipients, and packaging
- Experience in portfolio, product, or market analysis
- Effective communication and strong collaboration skills
- Ability to interact with international and cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
Aufgaben
- Lead harmonisation initiative for portfolio integration
- Build and manage technical data foundation for product assessment
- Define comparison criteria for products, formulations, and packaging
- Collaborate with markets and stakeholders on product adaptations
- Analyze datasets to identify portfolio simplification opportunities
- Prepare harmonisation scenarios for stakeholders
- Drive alignment across portfolios for manufacturing strategy
- Act as liaison between Product Development, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain
