- Accelerate the deployment of the DuPont Business System (DBS)
- Build Operational Excellence capabilities across EMEA and Asia Pacific
- Lead a team of subject matter experts
- Deploy DBS Essential tools and Operations Excellence Playbooks
- Develop a regional team of subject matter experts
- Influence a broad network of businesses
- Deliver improvements that add value in partnership with leaders
- Model and reinforce DuPont Core Values
- Set an example through consistent communications and behaviors
- Define and lead the regional DBS implementation roadmap
- Ensure alignment to enterprise Operational Excellence objectives
- Maximize value from DBS tools, capabilities, and processes
- Partner with Integrated Operations Leaders and Business OpEx Directors
- Drive the deployment of DBS Essentials tools and Operational Excellence Playbooks
- Deploy 'Essentials' tools/standards across Operational teams
- Challenge and support Lines of Business and Functions
- Identify, prioritize, resource, and execute high-impact improvement initiatives
- Deliver improvements in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity
- Partner with OpEx and Supply Chain Domain Leaders
- Deploy Operational Excellence playbooks across EMEA and AP Operations
- Coach Operations leaders in deploying the DuPont Business System
- Embed DBS leadership routines
- Strengthen problem-solving discipline
- Improve visual management
- Create accountability for sustainable continuous improvement
- Champion the use of AI, advanced analytics, automation, and digital performance management
- Accelerate DBS adoption
- Improve decision quality
- Enable predictive insights
- Unlock step-change operational performance
- Support LoBs and Functions to deliver high impact kaizen events
