- Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans
- Drive organizational development and capability building
- Optimize operational processes
- Lead transformation programs impacting ~12,000 FTEs
- Improve performance, standards, and cross-functional alignment
- Develop and implement change management strategies
- Foster an innovative, collaborative, and efficient working culture
- Work closely with senior management and stakeholders
- Drive alignment and facilitate decision-making
- Ensure stakeholder engagement throughout project lifecycles
- Act as a change ambassador
- Communicate vision, goals, and progress of strategic initiatives
- Drive stakeholder buy-in
- Identify improvement areas and efficiency enhancements
- Refine operations strategy using data and insights
- Drive development and deployment of performance metrics
- Track progress and provide updates to executive leadership
