- Degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, or comparable qualification
- Several years of leadership experience of interdisciplinary teams in industrial environment, preferably in special machinery business

- Ensure high-quality, on-time order processing
- Drive continuous improvement methods and benchmarking
- Increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve safety, quality, and on-time delivery
- Coordinate closely with Quality, Planning, and Engineering
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements
- Promote a safety-conscious working environment
- Lead and develop a diverse team
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and professional development
- Help shape the strategic direction and development of the site
