- Fleet management or vehicle maintenance experience
- Lean, Six Sigma, safety, project management, or similar operations certifications
- Experience implementing operational change across multiple locations
- Experience in highly seasonal or geographically dispersed operations
Aufgaben
- Lead operational performance across 2-3 depots
- Deliver service, productivity, quality, and cost targets
- Manage, coach, and develop Operations Supervisors
- Set clear daily and weekly expectations for supervisors
- Ensure vehicles are ready, safe, and clean
- Ensure vehicles are available for on-time customer check-ins and check-outs
- Monitor daily and weekly KPIs
- Identify performance gaps
- Implement corrective actions
- Manage labor, overtime, and scheduling
- Manage productivity and operating expenses within budget
- Coordinate workforce coverage across locations
- Ensure consistent execution of SOPs and safety standards
- Ensure consistent execution of compliance requirements and people practices
- Resolve escalated operational and customer issues
- Prevent recurrence of operational and customer issues
- Implement new processes and systems across assigned depots
- Implement district initiatives across assigned depots
- Report performance, risks, and resource needs to the District Manager
- Visit each assigned depot weekly or fortnightly
- Complete at least one frontline shift per month
- Serve as the first escalation point for critical issues
