Aufgaben
- Set up new orders for success, especially those with time-sensitive commodities
- Provide proactive customer updates on any order deviations
- Track order status progression from start to finish
- Operate the Airspace Platform
- Set up new orders adhering to standard work practices and client-specific SOPs
- Rapidly move between critical tasks and work all orders within the respective view
- Verify drivers have picked up or recovered the correct piece(s)
- Accurately confirm flight departures using AWB tracking
- Follow all process and communication standards within various team outlets
- Stay up to date on announcements and training for new system features and process changes
- Follow customer delay notification preferences for timely updates via preferred communication methods
- Anticipate issues like weather and traffic to offer alternative solutions for timely delivery
- Update, manage, and/or change airway bills using training
- Source driver coverage for any order segment
- Apply training and knowledge to find out-of-the-box solutions for issues
- Follow escalation procedures and guidance from senior team members for issue resolution
- Acknowledge and act on all email, phone, and text requests promptly
- Consistently meet minimum metric expectations for phone availability and acceptance
- Properly use various phone statuses
- Place orders for customers unable to use the online portal
- Identify and resolve issues surfaced through inbound phone calls, text messages, and email
- Maintain a high level of customer service while communicating internally and externally via Slack, Zendesk, phone, text, and meetings
- Maintain a high level of team contributions in communication, order updates, and accuracy based on Standard Work procedures
