- Lead the development and implementation of Sika’s Packaging Compliance capability
- Translate packaging regulatory requirements into practical business processes and standards
- Define packaging data, supplier documentation, and technical documentation requirements
- Support the development of packaging conformity assessment and Declaration of Conformity frameworks
- Coordinate global and local stakeholders to ensure consistent implementation
- Identify compliance, process, and governance gaps
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop training materials, guidelines, and best practices to build organizational capability
