- Master’s degree or equivalent in education, higher education, sociology, political science, peace and conflict studies, computational social science, psychology, or related field
- Strong analytical and academic writing skills in English
- Experience with quantitative research and data processing

- Applicants with experience in web scraping, programming, or quantitative data analysis are encouraged to briefly describe relevant projects, datasets, or code

- Identify and systematically analyze university curricula and initiatives.
- Collect, process, and manage research data systematically.
- Contribute to international Erasmus+ projects.
- Contribute to research on conflict engagement and intercultural skills.
- Contribute to joint seminars.
- Contribute to group communication activities.
