Aufgaben
- Lead and develop overall manufacturing site performance
- Ensure achievement of business objectives
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, Energy, and corporate standards
- Deliver customer expectations for quality, cost, and on-time delivery
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across plant functions
- Manage site profitability, budgets, and P&L performance
- Lead and develop the plant leadership team
- Promote a high-performance culture
- Define workforce planning and organizational capability
- Ensure effective deployment of problem-solving methodologies
- Collaborate with project and commercial teams
- Support successful product launches and production ramp-ups
- Represent the company with customers, local authorities, and external stakeholders
