- Manage the production site strategically and operationally

- Continuously drive site performance and achieve targets
- Lead the plant leadership team functionally and disciplinarily
- Develop talent and foster a performance-driven work culture
- Ensure adherence to HSE, quality, and compliance requirements
- Develop and grow the site using lean management and continuous improvement
- Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets and allocate investments
- Represent the site and interact with internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and authorities
