- IT degree, comparable qualification, or lateral entry with convincing practical experience
- Experience in requirements gathering and documentation, and structured preparation of technical decisions
- Hands-on experience in operation/administration of at least two of: Linux systems, Databases, Infrastructure components, Developer infrastructure, Development and automation tools
- Good general IT knowledge and willingness to learn new technologies independently
- Strong hands-on mentality, conceptual thinking, and self-implementation of solutions
Aufgaben
- Strategically develop the internal platform and infrastructure.
- Own new solutions from concept to operation.
- Serve as the central contact for platform decisions.
- Independently identify, gather, and document requirements for new components.
- Analyze and evaluate potential solutions, preparing and presenting well-founded decision proposals.
- Independently implement new products and tools (e.g., GitLab, Kubernetes, Artifactory, object storage), and transition them to operations.
- Continuously optimize the existing platform landscape (e.g., VM creation with Terraform/Ansible, monitoring with Checkmk/VictoriaMetrics) and derive improvement measures.
