Anforderungen
- University degree in electrical, mechanical, systems engineering, physics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Several years of professional experience in product development within regulated industry (medical devices preferred) and successful track record in developing complex components
- Initial experience in platform development or product line engineering and successful track record in developing modular platforms/managing complex projects
- Strong understanding of electronic components (power supplies, PCs/control units), processor architectures (x86, ARM), bus systems (CAN, CAN-FD, TLS), and Linux-based embedded RTOS (Zephyr, Yocto)
- Sound knowledge in state-of-the-art wireless applications (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth)
- Understanding of relevant standards and regulations (IEC 60601-1-2, ISO 14971, ISO 13485, MDR, FDA 21 CFR 820)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing diverse stakeholders
- Enjoyment in working with international and diverse teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Business fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Business fluency in German (written and spoken)

- Define strategic goals for electronic platform development
- Analyze product roadmaps and system architectures
- Develop and maintain a roadmap for platform components
- Monitor industry trends and technological advancements
- Lead technical projects for platform development
- Coordinate delivery of platform components with teams and suppliers
- Oversee integration and validation of platform components
- Provide technical support for international registrations
- Facilitate communication between engineering and other functions
- Present platform strategies and updates to senior management
