Anforderungen
- PhD in computer science, medical informatics, data science, operations research, mathematics, or related quantitative discipline
- Strong analytical skills and methodological expertise in machine learning, synthetic data generation, process modelling, or simulation
- Programming experience, preferably in Python; reproducible research software development desirable
- Evidence of scientific publishing and ability to conduct independent research; interdisciplinary project or funding proposal experience desirable
- Initiative, enthusiasm, and ability to collaborate with clinical and academic partners
- Very good written and spoken English; German desirable but not mandatory

- Investigate digital disruptions on care delivery using synthetic data
- Develop and evaluate methods for generating synthetic healthcare data
- Integrate synthetic data with clinical workflow models and simulations
- Analyze missing, delayed, or manipulated information
- Conduct independent research
- Develop reproducible software
- Publish results in international journals and conferences
- Coordinate interdisciplinary research with clinical partners and the Chair of Data Management and Clinical Decision Support
- Contribute to research funding proposals, international collaborations, and teaching activities
