- Ensure smooth transitions for customers migrating to AWS
- Advise internal teams to improve Percona software and services for AWS customers
- Work with the Cloud Partnership team on the formal relationship with AWS
- Drive Percona's presence in the AWS and open-source database space
- Create content, network professionally, and speak at industry events
- Architect professional service offerings and packages for AWS customers
- Serve as a Solutions Architect during pre-sales cycles
- Work with Marketing on technical campaigns
- Enable the Sales team to win deals with AWS components
- Hire and mentor a team to expand the AWS Practice
