Anforderungen
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or comparable field
- 7+ years in strategy or management consulting, ideally top-tier or internal firm, covering business transformation strategy development and rollouts or M&A transactions and due diligences, including leading workstreams in large transformation programs
- Expert knowledge of AI and generative AI (GenAI) frameworks, daily use of AI tools, ability to advise clients on AI adoption for business transformation
- Proven expertise in strategy development, business planning, large-scale transformation programs, target operating model design, business process improvement, program and project governance, business case development, and organizational design
- Ideal experience in insurance or financial services, ability to grasp complex business models quickly
- Strong structuring and analytical skills, strategic thinking, entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset
- Confidence advising and presenting to senior executives, steering stakeholders across countries and functions
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- MBA or comparable postgraduate degree
- Experience in corporate transformation programs
- Experience in highly complex, international environments
- Certifications in process improvement or program management (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, PMP, agile frameworks)
- Additional languages, in particular German, Spanish, Italian and French
- Genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI)

- Lead workstreams in strategy and transformation engagements for senior Allianz stakeholders
- Help senior leaders set priorities and build business plans
- Shape how Allianz competes and operates in a changing market
- Design and deliver process and performance improvements across functions and entities
- Shape operating models that sustain change
- Run governance that turns strategy into delivered results
- Develop consultants working with you
- Deliver complex strategic and transformation projects that reshape how Allianz operates
- Develop strategic rationale, business case, and financial modeling
- Develop new operating models
- Leverage experience in strategy consulting and large-scale transformation programs
- Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and measurable outcomes
- Set up and run project governance, including steering committees
- Manage delivery and impact reporting
- Manage risk and dependency management
- Provide executive status updates and board presentations for senior management
- Manage client relationships
- Provide guidance to junior colleagues
- Execute on project deliverables, timelines, and day-to-day operations
- Report to the Engagement Manager, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and dependencies
- Proactively provide clarity and action plans
- Anticipate and address potential pain points before they escalate
- Analyze business needs through external benchmarking, due diligence, and research on industry trends
- Identify improvement opportunities across the insurance value chain and their top-down impact
- Design innovative solutions that enhance business processes, operating models, and digital capabilities
- Drive thought leadership by contributing to pitches
- Develop solution concepts
- Identify new opportunities for value creation
- Coach and mentor junior consultants
- Foster capability development and a high-performance culture
- Ensure effective stakeholder management
- Maintain strong client partnerships throughout project lifecycles
