Anforderungen
- Completed university degree in Process Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or comparable technical/scientific field
- Solid hands-on experience in industrial production, development, or process environment, ideally with relevance to cleaning/surface engineering/technical cleanliness
- Relevant experience in design, evaluation, stabilization, and optimization of chemical, wet-chemical, or physical processes
- Knowledge of working in clean environments (e.g., cleanroom) is advantageous
- Experience in production, development, or industrialization of demanding high-tech products; familiarity with optics, semiconductor, or precision manufacturing is desirable
- Proficient in process analysis and optimization methods, statistical experimental design, and fault analysis (e.g., Six Sigma, CI, Minitab, 8D, FMEA)
- Strong analytical skills, structured work approach, high initiative, and very good communication and teamwork
- Very good spoken and written skills in German and English
Aufgaben
- Act as the engineering interface between manufacturing and development
- Monitor manufacturing key figures (OEE, cycle times, yield, cost)
- Analyze, stabilize, and improve manufacturing/cleaning processes for quality, safety, OEE, and cost
- Qualify, evaluate, and transfer machines and processes to production
- Address machine/process disturbances and derive countermeasures
- Introduce, evaluate, and approve new materials with Development, Manufacturing, and QA
- Define and perform surface analyses for contamination and root-cause analysis
- Support procurement and ramp-up of new systems
- Collaborate with internal partners on process improvements and industrialization
